      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical treatment programs for members with mental illness
      - Conduct outpatient psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups
      - Instruct and counsel patients and their families on therapeutic regimens and medication adherence
      - Prepare intake summaries, treatment plans, and case summaries
      - Collaborate with physicians in screening and evaluating patients for psychotropic medications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in a mental health-related field
      - Current licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor)
      - Experience in providing mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services
      - Knowledge of state and NCQA regulations for maintaining treatment records
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supervising and mentoring associate-level mental health professionals
      - Familiarity with behavioral medicine and health psychology programs
      - Knowledge of community resources for referral purposes
