- Req#: 52244
- Lead individual, family, couples, and group therapy
- Conduct client intake sessions
- Facilitate crisis intervention
- Conduct case management
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to present cases for proper treatment
- 60 Credit Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology or some other related degree
- Must have completed 600 clinical internship hours in a mental health setting
- Must hold an independent license in Massachusetts
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
- A good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing guidance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach

Mentor South Bay , provides Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Health and Mental Health Outpatient services across Massachusetts and Connecticut. $3000 Sign-On Bonus
Pay is an annual base salary based on experience, education, and licensure with quarterly productivity bonuses.
We offer peer mentorship, an annual professional development stipend, and free clinical trainings that count toward your continuing education units.
