      Job Specification:

      We are currently seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team. The LNHA will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining high standards of care for our residents.

      Responsibilities:

      • Provide leadership and direction to all staff members, including nursing, administrative, and support staff
      • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities
      • Oversee the development and implementation of care plans for residents
      • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to residents and implement improvements as needed
      • Manage budgetary and financial aspects of the facility, including payroll, expenses, and revenue
      • Foster a positive and supportive work environment for staff members
      • Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
      • Current Ohio state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
      • Experience in a leadership role within a long-term care facility
