- Provide leadership and direction to all staff members, including nursing, administrative, and support staff
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of care plans for residents
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to residents and implement improvements as needed
- Manage budgetary and financial aspects of the facility, including payroll, expenses, and revenue
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment for staff members
- Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Current Ohio state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
- Experience in a leadership role within a long-term care facility
