Provide overall leadership and direction for the facility’s operations, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

Lead, inspire, and support department heads and staff to meet and exceed clinical and operational goals

Promote a culture of compassion, integrity, and accountability

Drive census development and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, families, and community partners

Oversee financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation

Ensure high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction

Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and survey preparedness

Current and active Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License

Prior experience as a licensed Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility (minimum 3 years preferred)

Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and healthcare operations

Proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary team with effective communication and organizational skills
