Responsibilities Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) :

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the facility’s operations, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

• Lead, inspire, and support department heads and staff to meet and exceed clinical and operational goals

• Promote a culture of compassion, integrity, and accountability

• Drive census development and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, families, and community partners

• Oversee financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation

• Ensure high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction

• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and survey preparedness

Requirements Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) :

• Current and active Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License

• Prior experience as a licensed Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility (minimum 3 years preferred)

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and healthcare operations

• Proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary team with effective communication and organizational skills

• Commitment to providing outstanding resident-centered care
