Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the facility’s daily operations.

Ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and resident satisfaction.

Oversee financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, staff, and external partners.

Drive quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives.

Current NJ LNHA license in good standing.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an LNHA in a skilled nursing facility.

Proven track record of achieving operational, financial, and clinical excellence.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
