- Active PA Practical Nurse licensure required
- One-year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
- CPR certification preferred
- Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents
- Plans, directs and provides care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care.
- Administers medications and treatments.
- Performs resident assessments.
- Participates in daily resident rounding.
Lakeview Location: 2425 Lower State Road, Doylestown PA 18901
Compensation from $31.00 to $33.00 - (based upon experience) – PLUS additional shift differentials
Additional clinical premiums for experience!
Status/Shift: Full-Time Nights 11:00pm-7:30am, $7,000 sign-on bonus; Part Time Days 7am-3:30pm; rotating weekends and holidays & PRN

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Personal Care oversees the care provided to our residents. This position also provides supervision to nursing team and provides the administration of medications and treatments to residents .
