      Role Overview

      As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll be an essential member of a collaborative, RN-led healthcare team. You’ll foster meaningful connections with patients and their families, using the best scientific evidence and your own compassion to positively impact each patient's health journey.

      • Develop authentic and supportive relationships with patients and their loved ones
      • Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, high-quality care

      • Maintain electronic documentation, communicate effectively via phone, and stay organized

      What You Bring

      • Education: High school diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
      • Licensure: Active and appropriate LPN license in North Carolina
      • Experience: Minimum of one year of practical nursing experience preferred
      • Skills: Strong computer proficiency, polished phone etiquette, and top-notch organizational skills

      • Perform essential patient care tasks—measuring vitals, assisting with mobility, specimen collection
      • Preparing patients for examination
      • Administering medications and immunizations


      Qualifications

      • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.
      • Experience: One year of relevant experience, preferred.
      • Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license, required.
      • Additional Skills (required): Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills
