      Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor California Full-Time

      Make an impact from anywhere. A Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor is needed to provide essential mental health and substance use disorder care via telehealth. With innovative technology, we're enhancing access to quality treatment. Take part in shaping a more effective and accessible healthcare experience.

      Schedule:

      Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

      Compensation:

      $115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus a full benefits package

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Conduct detailed Psychosocial Assessments and compile thorough clinical reports.
      • Develop structured treatment plans with measurable goals.
      • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
      • Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and coordinate with care teams.
      • Foster strong professional relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
      Requirements

      Qualifications:
      • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
      • Active LPCC license in California.
      • At least 2 years of experience in professional counseling.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Experience using telehealth platforms and digital recordkeeping.
