      Licensed Professional Counselor - Join Our Outpatient Team

      A growing outpatient practice in California is looking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to provide essential mental health services to individuals and families. This role focuses on helping clients navigate PTSD, behavioral concerns, and emotional well-being through evidence-based therapeutic approaches. If you have strong clinical expertise and a passion for making a meaningful impact, this position offers a supportive environment to thrive.

      Job Type: Full-Time
      Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
      Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 per year, plus benefits

      Responsibilities:
      • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using CBT, ABA, and other effective treatment modalities.
      • Support clients dealing with PTSD, guiding them through recovery-focused interventions.
      • Coordinate client care by providing referrals and managing necessary services.
      • Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation following ICD-9 guidelines.
      Requirements

      Requirements:
      • Master's Degree in Professional Counseling (LPCC).
      • Active LPCC license in California.
      • At least two years of professional counseling experience.
      • Strong communication skills and a results-driven approach to therapy.
