- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
- Perform clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and support during acute mental health episodes.
- Utilize therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case notes in electronic health records (EHR).
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical therapy practices.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active LPCC license in California.
- Experience in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings preferred.
- Proficiency in individual, group, and crisis counseling.
- Strong communication, empathy, and clinical assessment skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting.

Full-Time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) - Redlands, California
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our mental health team in California. In this full-time role, you will provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and groups, helping them manage emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive mental health outcomes through evidence-based practices.
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits
