- Promoting the general well-being of students
- Offering mentoring and suggestions for instructors and staff
- Developing and providing crisis intervention strategies to improve student success
- troubleshoot and advocate for student concerns, issues and problems
- Working to maximize coping skills for students in difficult situations
- Provide individual therapy to at-risk students with a history of trauma
- Provide clinical services that are aligned with the school, the students and the program purpose and values
- Coordinate with staff members and community resources to address student needs

- Bachelors or Masters in Social Work
- At least two years of post-graduate experience and passing of the relevant Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) exam
- Experience providing therapeutic services to adults in an educational environment
- Ability to conduct themselves in a professional manner when in contact with the public, fellow employees, and students
- Experience using Google Suites and other computer applications
