      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Directly manage a team of 10 or more call center agents, including input on hiring and performance documentation
      - Identify, prioritize, and coach agents on development areas to enhance performance
      - Conduct monitoring and coaching sessions to ensure agents meet customer service standards
      - Assist agents with troubleshooting product or account issues for customers
      - Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and ensure all agent reference materials are current

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Consistent attendance and punctuality
      - Experience as a mentor in a call center environment
      - Proven ability to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
      - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a high-paced inbound contact center
      - Proven ability to develop and motivate a team
      - Skills in negotiation and de-escalation of customer issues
      - Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate business needs
