      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide individual, couples, and group therapy services
      - Conduct diagnostic assessments and provide psychotherapy/counseling services
      - Maintain client records and navigate an Electronic Medical Record system
      - Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Uphold client confidentiality and exhibit strong organizational skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have an LICSW or LPC license in good standing with the District of Columbia
      - Possess a National Provider Identification Number (NPI)
      - Minimum of three years post-licensure clinical experience in mental health services
      - Minimum of two years providing diagnostic, assessment, psychotherapy/counseling services
      - Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and computer skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with operating Microsoft Office Suite programs
      - Knowledge and ability to navigate an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
      - Ability to prioritize and multitask without direct supervision
