      The TLC LVN supervisor is responsible for the quality of nursing and client care through effective staff coordination, staff education, problem solving, guidance, supervision and direction. The TLC LVN Supervisor has the responsibility of working with the Medical Director and other physicians to make necessary decisions, resolving problems involving client care as they arise. This individual demonstrates knowledge of growth and development, regulatory compliance standards, and the ability to assess and interpret age-specific data and incorporate into client care. Works with TLC Director to maintain policies and procedures in accordance with CARF & CA DSS standards. Works with Casa Colina CNO and nurse educator to ensure nursing practice and staff education follow best practice standards. This individual works with the Director of TLC Case Management to perform administrative duties as needed to ensure the timely delivery of medications and nursing services. Represents nursing to coordinate a multi-disciplinary treatment plan. Perform other duties as assigned.

      Requirements:

      • Valid California LVN license
      • Must possess a minimum of two years' recent nursing experience.
      • One-year recent nursing management experience preferred.
      • One year experience in a behavioral program preferred.
      • Capable of safely performing functions indigenous to the position, including routine and extended periods of walking, squatting, stooping, reaching overhead, lifting; transferring of patients (adult or child) using proper body mechanics.
