      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process state document filings, including submissions, follow-up, tracking, and scanning
      - Manage program revalidations annually, including submissions and tracking
      - Handle state and local license renewals, including request for gross receipts and submission of renewal documents
      - Process and track Secretary of State filings and fictitious business name renewals
      - Maintain the department document tracking log and ensure accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be at least 18 years of age
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Four (4) years of administrative or office experience
      - Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and state processes preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with state and local government entities
      - Strong writing and proofreading skills
      - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Flexibility in work hours to accommodate various tasks
      - Previous experience in a healthcare-related administrative role
