What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing new policies, dividend scales, and policy reserves
- Conduct research to gather statistical data and develop reports
- Draft policies, forms, rate manuals, and other changes to ensure compliance
- Support various external, actuarial, and other departments' processes
- Develop and maintain the Life Actuarial Department’s reporting infrastructure
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with programming and data analysis tools
- Completion of at least one SOA Exam
- Strong skills in mathematics, probability, and statistics
- Proficiency in Excel, Access, or similar data management software
- Ability to maintain a steady work schedule with regular attendance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with SAS programming
- Experience in data management and reporting facilities
- Knowledge of pricing and financial analysis software
