      - Collaborate with various lead vendors and insurance carriers to maximize sales potential
      - Maintain a self-motivated and independent approach to sales

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven sales experience, particularly in high-premium insurance products
      - Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with clients
      - Self-motivated and able to manage time independently
      - Willingness to invest in leads and follow a structured sales approach
      - Comfortable working in a virtual environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA)
      - Previous experience in a high-pressure sales environment
      - Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced setting
