- answer a large volume of calls using an automated phone system
- process direct bill unmatched items
- process rejects from lockbox processing
- a ssist policy owners and agents with EFT payments, changes and troubleshoot questions
- ability to communicate using both oral and written skills with associates, agents, and customers
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- drive to pursue continuing education – including pursuit of accredited insurance class/exam (such as LOMA), MAPS Certification, or equivalent
- ability to work independently under time constraints while recognizing when to ask for assistance.
- ability to meet deadlines as required while using excellent math, research, and problem- solving skills
- experience in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- goal oriented focus
- high school diploma or equivalency
- previous accounting experience is strongly recommended
- prior customer service experience

The Life Premium Accounting department currently has an opening for a life premium accounting representative within the CSR/EFT area. The position is within a call center, working directly with agents and policyowners as well as other departments within the Life company. The position would be assisting in the setup and maintenance of EFT for the drafting of life insurance premium as well as assisting with questions about billing and payment of premiums and loans.
Many departments at our headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio, offer hybrid work options, empowering associates to work from home several days a week. Depending on your role and responsibilities, hybrid options may be available for those working at headquarters.
Hourly : The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $19.25 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
