What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate profitable advanced life sales and estate planning from agencies in the assigned territory
- Make systematic calls to assist agents in sales, underwriting, and education
- Communicate company philosophy, policy, and business methods to the agency force
- Attend and participate in sales and educational meetings for the agency force
- Maintain call reports and/or software systems with relevant information about agency calls

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
- Typically requires 3+ years of sales experience in the assigned territory
- Life Insurance Producers license preferred
- Basic skill in listening and public speaking
- Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFc), or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred
- Experience in building strong relationships and maintaining a positive image
