What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop study proposals and budgets for real-world evidence (RWE) studies utilizing various real-world data (RWD) assets
- Design and oversee the implementation of RWE generation projects conducted by interdisciplinary teams
- Build and maintain relationships with life sciences clients to anticipate their research needs and publication strategies
- Communicate complex methodologies and results effectively to clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and review abstracts, presentations, and manuscripts, and present findings at scientific meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced degree (PhD) in healthcare analytics, epidemiology, health services research, public health, health economics, or a related quantitative discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in life sciences research consulting, including RWE, HEOR, epidemiology, or safety
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Collaborative attitude and a strong commitment to teamwork

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in pharmacovigilance and safety research
- Familiarity with statistical techniques and data analysis methodologies
- Previous experience in presenting at educational conferences or scientific meetings
- Demonstrated success in a client-facing role within a consulting environment
