What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop study proposals and budgets for prospective and retrospective real-world evidence (RWE) studies.
- Design and oversee the implementation of RWE generation conducted by interdisciplinary teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with life sciences clients to anticipate their research needs.
- Prepare and review abstracts, presentations, and manuscripts, presenting findings at scientific meetings.
- Maintain project performance regarding revenue, timelines, and resource budgets.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced degree (PhD) in a healthcare analytics field (epidemiology, health services research, public health, health economics, or another quantitative discipline).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in life sciences research consulting (RWE, HEOR, epidemiology, safety).
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative attitude with a focus on teamwork and getting results.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in epidemiology or pharmacovigilance.
- Previous work in healthcare data analytics.
- Familiarity with statistical techniques relevant to RWE studies.
- Demonstrated ability to present complex findings to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a remote environment.
