1 Qualifications:
Must have work study for Spring and Summer 2025 term. Will be enrolled in an undergraduate program for Fall 2025, upperclassmen preferred. We will work with you and your schedule to accommodate the clinic's hours. Must be able to commit to Spring and Summer Term and continue into the Fall 2025. Full 2025-2026 school year commitment would be ideal. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Customer service acumen, computer skills, friendly, reliable, attention to detail, willingness to learn. Spanish speakers highly encouraged to apply!
Position Summary/Job Duties:
Lifecity Chiropractic is looking to hire friendly, outgoing interns for the 2025 Spring and Summer term and the 2025-2026 school year. In this paid position, you will gain the opportunity to learn about how private clinics operate, gain and introduction to health insurance and become more acquainted with the local community. You will be located at one of our downtown locations for 10-15 hours per week based on schedule. Come gain transferrable field experience with the Lifecity Chiropractic Team!
Job duties:
Checking in patients
Checking patient insurance eligibility and benefits
Assisting patients off of interferential STIM
Collecting payments
Sending out billing statements
Scheduling appointments
Administrative duties
Typing
Filing
Faxing
Tidying clinic (vacuum, empty trash, very light cleaning)
Translating for Spanish speakers (if fluent)Physical Demands:
Mostly Sedentary. Light lifting/movement while cleaning office and interacting with patients.
