- Designs and implements email/SMS journeys to target critical drop-off points, converting prospects into engaged customers.
- Tracks and analyzes key metrics to optimize campaign performance.
- Sets up and evaluates A/B tests to improve engagement and effectiveness.
- Partners with data analysts to establish reporting and provide actionable insights.
- Ensures high-quality email production aligned with best practices.
- Stays current with marketing trends, technologies, and regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years in lifecycle marketing, email/SMS marketing, and automation, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce Studio and Builder tools.
- Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, compliance, and trends.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and driving improvements.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile workflows.
- Experience in fintech or regulated industries preferred.
- Knowledge of growth marketing principles is a plus.

Job Summary
Responsible for building and optimizing customer journeys across email and SMS, utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create high-quality touchpoints that guide users through the funnel. Collaborates with design, marketing, content, and data teams to refine lifecycle strategies, drive acquisition, and ensure an excellent digital experience at every stage.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range is $85,300 - $142,100, based on location, skills, and experience. We offer comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, flexible spending, 401(k) with match, and ESPP.
