Support an environment where Member, Guest, and Cast Member safety are the priority and seek opportunities to improve Guest service and overall Club experience
Ensure operational compliance to safety audits, loss prevention standards, and state and local health regulations
Respond, assess, investigate, and resolve different emergency situations within the Club and community common areas
Demonstrate a passion for Guest service with the ability to exude genuine hospitality for a dynamic guest audience that consists primarily of individuals with a high level of repeat visitation
Ensure and oversee execution of scheduled recreational activities, programming, plans, and “surprise and delight” moments for guests of all ages
Enforce Club rules, deescalate and resolve Member situations efficiently and professionally
Serve as the day-to-day liaison for the Lifeguard Operation, including but not limited to assisting facility coordination in an aquatic emergency
Monitor daily staffing levels and coordinate break schedules of Lifestyle Cast Members
You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
2+ years of experience in the service industry handling complex Guest requests
Ability to prioritize and support multiple responsibilities efficiently
Proven excellent Guest service skills
Passion for serving others and always delivering a personalized experience with a professional presence
Proficient in basic computer functions necessary to operate in a Windows environment with an adaptability to learn new computer systems and other technologies
Experience working in a 4/5 Star resort, aquatic facility, or private club environment
Demonstrated knowledge of, and passion for, Disney Experiences products and services
Willingness to learn new applications and lines of businesses as necessary
Self-starter with a capacity to make decisions independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and time management skills
Multi-lingual
Bachelor's degree in Club, Restaurant, Hospitality Management or equivalent field experience

The Lifestyle Team is focused on connecting Members and Guests to various recreation, health and wellness, and aquatic experiences to enhance the overall Artisan Club Member experience. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Lifestyle Leadership team with all aspects of the daily operation of the lifestyle experience, including Poolside/Lagoon experience, Watercraft, Fitness, Activities, Programming, and others. You will play an integral part in shaping Member and Guest satisfaction and working with other Cast and 3rd Party Vendors to ensure a safe and seamless experience.
