- Experience in overseeing social, cultural, and lifestyle programs, events and services.
- Greets clients and members promptly and professionally.
- Create, edit, produce and distribute calendar of events, event flyers and monthly newsletters.
- Maintain preferred vendor list, establish relationships with new vendors.
- Manage social media postings.
- Assists in communicating information on sales, membership offerings, new development
- Contacts members face-to-face, by telephone and/or email, to confirm, coordinate, and update details for scheduled meetings and to follow up on community or neighborhood interests.
- Coordinates arrangements for tours and/or events.
- Ensures events are set up on time, the quality of the product and level of service delivered.
- Attendance required for occasional developer events.
- Performs and helps coordinate set-up and break down regarding lifestyle events.
- Address Client and/or Member issues and concerns in a timely manner.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining excellent service to achieve member/guest satisfaction.
- Maintains flexibility to take on new and different tasks as directed by Department Head; including administrative support.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Ability to read, write and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
- Must have experience in exceptional communication and computer skills, with knowledge of Publisher, Microsoft Office, Canva, or other design software.
- Proven interpersonal public relations, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
Coordinates and ensures all special events, reservations and Lifestyle activities meetings are properly scheduled.
Essential Duties:
Education/Experience:
One to two years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.Physical Demands:
Frequently stands, walks, sits, talks and hears; regularly uses hands; regularly reaches with hands and arms; occasionally climbs, balances stoops, kneels, crouches, tastes or smells. Frequently lifts up to 20 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
Environment/Noise:
Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.
