Job Description
- Req#: 155127
- Complete opening/closing procedures
- Operate lifts, loading/unloading, scanning
- Must bump chairs and shovel snow (in season)
- Train guests on proper use of lifts as well as best practices/techniques
- Greet and interact with guests
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding resort operations
- Assist Supervisor with maintenance and SOP’s of equipment and grounds as necessary
- Must be 18 or older
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to speak in front of large groups of people
- Will require walking/standing for long periods of time
- Proven ability to deal effectively with guests

How the Lift Operator works with the Team:
Lift Operators are the primary team members responsible for greeting and assisting guests as they utilize our lifts and seasonal lift attractions (All ski lifts and carpets, the Cabriolet, the Alpine Mountain Coaster and the Colorado Lift). Lift Operators aide and ensure the safety of guests and our equipment.
