Receive participants at work and guide them through the video study in a controlled environment
Ensure all recordings are done per project guidelines and upload the data
Have all participants complete a survey at the end of each session
Follow COVID-19 sanitization procedures after each session
Represent and promote the TELUS AI brand
Use scissor lifts with proper safety standards to support troubleshooting light stages
Troubleshoot and prepare lighting stages
Troubleshoot and organize power and sync cabling systems for lights and CV Cameras
Technical/troubleshooting skills; address fundamental problems with launching apps and uploading data.
Scissor lift certified.
1 year of experience working and troubleshooting lightning stages
1 year of experience in troubleshooting CV Cameras and cable management
1 year of experience in framing and focusing with CV Cameras.
NFS, SMB, S3 familiarity
1 year of experience working with enterprise-level switches and storage devices
6 months of experience in assembling 80/20 structures
Familiarity with iOS and Mac OS
Experience with data collection and data management
Experience with video recording
Able to commit to a weekly schedule for the duration of the project
Ability to interact professionally with project participants
Experience with progress tracking and reporting, comfortable with Excel or Sheets

Project Summary
This user study focuses on generating indoor data and collecting video recordings of each participant. The study moderator will guide participants through a series of tasks. Each moderated session will last 180 min. In addition, the Lightning Technician/ Study Moderator will work preparing, troubleshooting, and organizing light stages.
Role Summary
Moderators are expected to interact directly with study participants using provided study protocols and managing the data collected during each session. Moderators will report to the Project Manager and Project Coordinator. Training will be provided before the start of data collection. Sessions occur on-site in Los Angeles, CA, with additional support staff on-site to manage participant intake and provide technical support regarding cameras, cables and light stages.
