- A minimum of 1-year recent (in the last year) experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen at a comparable level of luxury service as a prep cook, apprentice or similar role
- Possess a Cook’s Training certificate from a High School, College or University is preferred
- Successful demonstration of high level culinary and food safety knowledge

Job Description
Line Cook prepares all food items according to hotel recipes and standards. As a line cook you proactively prioritize tasks to ensure a consistently high level of service and quality of food for our guests. As a Line Cook you will possess a complete understanding of the menu, recipes and presentations and are aware of potential food allergens in each dish. You must have excellent organizational skills and show initiative with ability to work well in a team environment.
This position requires a flexible schedule including availability in the evenings, weekends and holidays. Typical schedule will be for afternoon or evening shifts, but is subject to change.
