      What You'll Do:

      • Develop your cooking skills and techniques.
      • Gain experience with knives and kitchen equipment.
      • Recreate menu items for the restaurant and banquets.
      • Ensure consistency in cooking and presentation.
      • Minimize food waste through efficient practices.
      • Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment.
      • Prepare ingredients (chopping vegetables, cutting meat).
      • Follow standard kitchen sanitization practices.
      • Store food and items properly.
      • Maintain high-quality standards for ingredients.

      Qualifications:

      • Active Food Handler’s certification or ability to obtain it.
      • Willingness to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
      • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
      • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
      • Desire to exceed expectations with an energetic personality.
