Preparing and cooking menu items for restaurant and banquet service
Setting up and stocking workstations with ingredients and equipment
Regularly disinfecting all food and beverage workspaces
Washing and organizing dishes, utensils, and cookware
Hand-washing pots, pans, and trays to standard
Sanitizing kitchen equipment, storage areas, walk-ins, ovens, and dry storage
Assisting with food prep, event setup, and breakdown
Supporting the team with any other tasks needed to keep operations running smoothly, with a positive, can-do attitude
Experience: Previous Line-Cook experience required
Certification: Valid Food Handlers Certification required
ServSafe and OLCC certifications a plus
Physical Requirements:
Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to exceed expectations
Availability: Flexible schedule including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
