Job Description

Assist with production activities, including assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, to meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
Liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, and other departments to develop production schedules and allocate labor/capital resources.
Plan, prioritize, and manage production line maintenance and downtime to minimize disruptions.
Lead and/or participate in quality investigations and deliver continuous improvement.
Ensure a safe work environment and develop pipeline talent.
Follow established procedures with limited decision-making authority, contributing to efficient business operations through accurate task completion.
Adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training.
Meet individual job requirements and contribute to the overall compliance of the organization.
High School Diploma or equivalent
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
3 Years of Relevant Experience
Work Hours: 1st Shift (10 hours): Tuesday – Friday, 6:00 AM CST – 4:30 PM CST
Location: Onsite
Travel Requirements: 0 – 10%
