- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
- Works in the line and serves the public hot or cold food.

OverviewRefers to the area or station where prepared dishes are assembled, plated, and served to customers, typically in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. It acts as the final point where food is coordinated, garnished, and passed to waitstaff or directly to diners. The line server ensures that orders are completed correctly, at the proper temperature, and within the casino’s service standards, while maintaining efficient workflow and communication between kitchen staff.
