Job Description
- Req#: 10395
- Proven work experience in assessing customer's needs and planning
- (Logistics, Shipping or Transport is preferred but not essential)
- Be a good multi-tasker and work well under pressure
- Enjoy analysing and interpreting information to solve problems with an eye for detail
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to contribute to a truly collaborative team culture
- Be comfortable using multiple systems and have a good basic understanding of Microsoft Excel

Te whiwhinga mahi – The Opportunity
Working from our Auckland office in Ellerslie, this is a great opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about joining the exciting and complex world of Rail with NZ market leader in logistics solutions.
As part of the Stow team, you will be fully trained into the fast paced and busy role of coordinating the allocation of customer freight (tonnage) as booked whilst liaising closely with internal stakeholders, seeking, and providing operational information to field staff in a timely and effective manner and monitoring mainline freight trains running within the system plus auditing system information and reporting on any changes as required.
It's a high performing team that thrives on results and achieves this through continuity of knowledge within a diverse and vibrant working environment that is led by a very flexible and supportive Manager.
Please note that this position involves shift work on a 24/7 rotating roster, meaning that you will need to have the ability to work nights, weekend shifts and public holidays as required.
