Specific Job Duties: Improve and refine server OS deployments and provisioning processes using automation. Support IT Configuration Management Database and integration with various other key IT systems. Contribute to configuration management policy development to further automate and streamline operations and to open source tool builds and maintenance used on Linux servers. Provide operational Linux system administration support to resolve issues, handle requests, improve services and performance. Contribute to solving operational problems. Focus on documentation, service management, service improvement, and service delivery. Support the services developed and continue to build on that automation framework, making it responsive, self-healing, and data-driven using AI. Collaborate closely with IT and internal customer teams to understand requirements and develop new tools and applications. Work with other teams to automate workflows, implement dashboards and monitoring systems, and support engineering groups. Promote and adopt software development best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Requires completion of a graduate-level course, research project, or internship involving the following: 1. Performing automation process on Linux computers;
2. Software Management, Maintenance, Quality Assurance;
3. Python programming with experience in Flask;
4. 5. Design and analysis of Algorithms;
6. Data Analytics;
7. Data Mining;
8. Data Analysis and modeling Techniques; and
9. Cloud Computing, Deploying applications and projects on cloud.Total Rewards
At Samsung – SARC/ACL, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,470 and $137,470. Your actual base pay will depend on variables that may include your education skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

In addition, regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) are eligible for MBO bonus compensation, based on company, division, and individual performance.
Additionally, this role might be eligible to participate in long term incentive plan and relocation.
