What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise-level customers
- Assist with configuration help and update support cases to track issue progress
- Host remote sessions with customers to diagnose and resolve reported problems
- Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and document solutions in the knowledge base
- Participate in on-call support rotation as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of experience in a technical support/help desk environment with Linux
- Demonstrated knowledge of Windows or Linux Server management and networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.)
- Proven experience using remote hosting tools for customer troubleshooting sessions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with a range of software applications and complex distributed systems
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a cybersecurity context
