      Job Title: List Derivatives Analyst
      Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 1 day/week onsite)
      Duration: 12 months
      Contract Type: T4 only
      Pay Rate: CA$57.06/Hour

      Role Mandate:
      • Listed Derivative Operations is the first line of defense, and the go-to team for our Trading Products and Capital Markets business partners.
      • Our broad mandate includes: Trade Capture and Allocation, Trade and Position reconciliation, Trade Desk Support; Data Governance, Reporting & Analytics; and everything in-between.

      Responsibilities
      • Communicates with internal business partners and external customers to respond to standard and non-standard inquiries.
      • Fulfills routine and frequently non-routine transactions, internal business partner and/or external customer inquiries/requests, and/or audit/reconciliation activities.
      • Analyzes and resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively in accordance with Bank and industry standards. Acts as primary back-up to team members and as back-up to the manager.
      • Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service.
      • Follows documented policies and procedures to execute day to day transactions, activities, processes and ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. Checks and reconciles information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
      • Identifies and analyzes issues and problems, and resolves discrepancies in a timely manner.
      • Works independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations.
      • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

      Qualifications:
      • 5 - 7 years of relevant futures clearing industry experience - trading, reconciliation
      • Knowledge and understanding of the business unit’s key products and services
      • Prioritization skills – Good.
      • PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – In-depth.
      • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
      • Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.
      • Collaboration & team skills - In-depth.
      • Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth.

      Nice To Have:
      • Knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology such as GMI and CCP (exchange related applications).
