What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate and maintain the current vendor partnership portfolio
- Research alternative or new vendor options
- Monitor compliance with existing vendor management strategy
- Act as liaison between firm relationship partners and Selective Insurance
- Develop and collaborate on training materials and guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of active litigation experience preferred
- Private practice experience strongly preferred
- Experience with coaching, counseling, and professional development of legal staff
- Detailed knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance for all P&C lines of business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- In-house Property & Casualty experience
- Knowledge of State laws, local court procedures, and policies
- Detailed knowledge of the business unit and industry
