      Our client is a national powerhouse California litigation law firm that operates on a global scale. They are currently seeking an Employment/Labor Litigation Paralegal for their thriving Los Angeles office.


      Hybrid schedule of 2/3 days in office and 2/3 days remote.


      Responsibilities:

      • Provide comprehensive litigation support in Labor & Employment matters, including document preparation, discovery, trial prep (including out-of-state travel), and post-trial activities.
      • Conduct legal research and cite checking, including analysis of wage and hour records and drafting damages analyses.
      • Manage case documents and deadlines, including subpoenas, privilege logs, deposition support, and document production.
      • Support appellate and trial processes by preparing appendices, coordinating filings, and maintaining case-related databases.
      • Ensure compliance with case protocols, litigation holds, protective orders, and document destruction policies.
      • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to address client needs, maintain accurate calendars, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree preferred and compliance with California Business & Professions Code §6450 required.
      • 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in Labor & Employment
      • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Adobe Acrobat, and legal tools such as Westlaw, Lexis, Relativity, and Case Notebook.
      • Strong research, writing, and cite-checking skills; ability to interpret and summarize complex legal information.
      • Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.

      Salary:Up to 105K, some flexibility depending on experience.
