      Job Title: Litigation Paralegal


      Job Summary:

      We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial preparation, document management, and trial assistance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


      Key Responsibilities:

      • Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including case investigation, legal research, and trial preparation.
      • Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
      • Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
      • Conduct factual and legal research to support case strategy.
      • Coordinate and assist with the collection, review, and production of documents, including e-discovery processes.
      • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and expert consultants to gather information and provide case updates.
      • Prepare and maintain case chronologies, timelines, and summaries of deposition transcripts.
      • Assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits, witness materials, and trial binders.
      • Coordinate with court personnel and ensure compliance with filing deadlines and court procedures.
      • Manage attorney calendars, including deadlines, hearings, and depositions.


      Qualifications:

      • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field; Paralegal certification preferred.
      • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department.
      • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and e-filing systems.
      • Proficiency in legal research databases such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
      • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
