Job Description

- Manages user accounts, settings, and overall running of system
- Performs course uploads, updates, and content management
- Develops and maintains training plans
- Creates, schedules and tracks classroom training sessions
- Provides ongoing support to users; research, troubleshoot, and solve technical issues
- Manages and coordinates remote and regional trainings, including distribution of materials, enrollment, technology, rosters, database entries, and reports
- Supports New Employee Orientation functions and communications
- Assists in the coordination and maintenance of training materials, including New Employee Orientation, Divisional and Manager courses

- At least one year experience administering an LMS, professional writing, creating reports, data management, and customer service.

TheLearning Management System Training Specialist and Administrator provides technical and administrative support to the Training Department including database management and auditing, internal and external reports, SharePoint accuracy, NEO training, video conference coordination, and department billing.
