- 2+ years of LMS administration experience
- 2+ years of experience with Report creation and support
- Understanding of cloud LMS release management
- 1+ years of troubleshooting and supporting software applications
- 1+ years of leading and facilitating working groups and facilitating communities of practice
- 1+ years of experience managing small projects
- Experience working with Saba Cloud
- Experience developing reports using Saba Analytics and Tableau
- PMP Certification
- Able to develop web pages using HTML
- Good communications skills
- Experience developing and implementing complex prescriptive rules in Saba Cloud.

The individual in this role is responsible for providing LMS administrative support to the CVS learning organization. In addition, the Senior Consultant will be responsible for developing reports using Saba Analytics, managing the LMS release testing process and providing level 2 support for issues related to tools supported by the Learning Technologies team. This role will also require direct interactions with CVS Learning and Development teams to gather requirements and provide LMS subject matter expertise when required. This role also requires basic project management skills

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,700.00 - $107,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
