      Rate: $40/hour, depending on scope of work and level of experience

      And we’re growing! Currently, we’re looking for a Contract LMS Administrator (1099) to join our extended team. You will be responsible for administrative tasks on multiple LMS applications as the client migrates to a new LMS — including, but not limited to, creating courses and course sessions on the LMS, enrolling learners, configuring audience groups, and assigning tests.

      This is a long-term contract position with a high growth, innovative global tech company. The expectation is that candidates are able to accommodate a hybrid work environment, including 3 days each week in an office location near Surprise, AZ with the other 2 days being remote. There will be occasional travel to meet with team members in another office location in Santa Clara Valley, CA. The rate for this particular role is $40/hour, which will ultimately take into account candidates' level of experience, education, and geographic location. There is not a variable compensation element associated with this role.

      What You’ll Be Doing

      • User Management
        • Upload and manage user profiles within the LMS
        • Ensure accurate user data and process, track, and troubleshoot any issues related to user access or other daily ‘help’ requests
      • Content Management
        • Facilitate the seamless upload and organization of various learning resources, courses, and materials into the LMS
      • Collaborate with content creators to ensure content quality, version control, and archival data is up-to-date and aligns with organizational learning objectives
      • Learning Paths and Certification
        • Develop and implement learning paths to guide employees through structured learning journeys
        • Administer certification programs — tracking progress and ensuring successful completion
      • Reporting and Analytics
        • Generate and analyze LMS reports to provide insights on user engagement, course completion, certification, and other relevant metrics
        • Proactively identify trends and areas for improvement based on analytics data
      • Technical Support
        • Serve as the primary point of contact for LMS-related inquiries and issues
        • Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges promptly
      • Run demos of the LMS application and provide training to individuals and user groups
      • LMS Enhancements
        • Stay informed about updates and new features in the LMS
        • Provide input on system improvements and contribute to the implementation of enhancements
      • Other duties as assigned

      What You’ll Bring

      • Bachelors Degree, or equivalent years of work experience
      • 3 – 5 years as an LMS Administrator
      • LMS implementation experience
      • Experience with managing learning databases and learning analytics
      • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office suite
      • Working knowledge of such collaboration tools as iWork, JIRA, and Confluence
      • Able to work independently with adherence to deadlines
      • Facilitates the escalation of, and resolution for, IT issues connected to the Learning Management System and external tools
      • Excellent problem solving, analytic, and troubleshooting skills
      • Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and work toward multiple goals at the same time
      • Strong interpersonal and customer services skills
