      Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting a full-time, permanent LMT Administrator to join our team at Sherburn in Elmet (LS25 6PT) ensuring that all things logistics are coordinated on site!

      This is full-time, permanent position, you will be working 40.15 hours per week on a 4 on, 4 off shift between the hours of 19:00 – 07:00.

      What you’ll do on a typical day:

      • Providing admin support to meet the sites resource requirements
      • Administrate and update as and when required with all changes and movements within the operation
      • Populate and distribute hourly reporting of volume and productivity
      • Create usernames and IDs for new starters
      • Any other ad hoc duties required

      What you need to succeed at GXO:

      • Competent user of the Microsoft Package-Specifically Outlook, MS excel and MS word
      • Experience using DLX and Warehouse management systems
      • An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail
      • The ability to work as part of a team and the ability to use own initiative and organise own workload
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
