- Concept and create unique, social forward stories that are on strategy for the artist they are celebrating, while also helping us to achieve our content team objectives to drive fan engagement.
- Collaborate with Editorial Planning, Production, Post-Production and Social teams to deliver creative projects and assets from start to finish, driving maximum results.
- Confidently pitch concepts both big and small to high number of stakeholders including internal tour marketing partners, artist management teams and artists themselves.
- Provide creative direction at shoots and collaborate with wide range of production partners.
- Provide highly detailed constructive feedback to help shape final video content (while we try to minimize, some out of hours work may be required due to publishing requirements)
- Lead internal and third-party teams of writers, directors, designers, video editors and various other creative staff to produce bar raising social first digital content.
- Help us to continue expanding on our creative and production networks by testing new third-party agencies and matching appropriate creative talent teams with our music talent.
- Creatively innovate and inspire the Content & Marketing teams with cutting edge digital content treatments and references that we can bring to artist teams as our USP. Keep a finger on the pulse of music and culture, matching storytelling opportunities.
- 10+ years of experience in Creative roles either brand side or agency (music focused is a plus) including working with Production and Post Production teams and vendors.
- Highly experienced in producing social and video content to engage a broad range of audiences, with knowledge of social performance data to measure success.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and partner with many teams to deliver outstanding creative work.
- A strong portfolio full of fresh social and digital content ideas that were proven to drive results.
- A proven track record for selling in big ideas and winning business whether internally or agency side.
- Knowledge of video editing and proven ability to give detailed creative video feedback.

You are comfortable providing creative direction on set at shoots collaborating with production vendors, and experienced leading post-production teams including designers, motion animators and video editors. A detail-oriented self-starter, you see things through to completion - no job is too big or too small.
You are passionate and motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and bags of initiative. You are a strong communicator and work best in a collaborative, fast paced environment, adept at balancing multiple projects at the same time. You are comfortable navigating input and opinions from many stakeholders including tour marketing and artist management teams while remaining calm under pressure.
You have a vast network of creative vendors and partners at your fingertips and always ensure that the right talent is hired, the right team is resourced, deadlines are achievable and scopes are sustainable.

The expected compensation for this position in California is:
