      THE JOB

      Live Nation Women is looking for an energetic, strategic thinker responsible for the project management of the division’s digital content strategy and touring/event development.

      WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

      • Lead, create, and own LNW content strategy, including audiences, channels, goals, and tactics for growth and engagement per division direction.
      • Set and meet growth targets by channel.
      • Partner with the team to shape the LNW voice, original copywriting, and creative direction on key projects and campaigns.
      • Create and manage purposeful LNW content calendar across channels, including social content posting and community engagement.
      • Maintain tracking, analytics, and metrics to optimize performance.
      • Manage and direct freelance content creators (photo/video).
      • Maintain existing LNW properties on socials and develop new ones.
      • Develop and manage partnerships with brands, organizations, tours, intercompany divisions, and festivals.
      • Work with mission-aligned partners across the industry to create and cross-promote content around gender equity.
      • Responsible for developing and managing "360 degrees" of a tour.
      • Maintain excellent relationships with Artists, Agents, Managers, and related industry partners.
      • Develops tour route strategy.
      • Develop and maintain venue maps and scaling for Artist deal sheets.
      • Develop knowledge of markets, venues, expenses, and deal structures.
      • Ensures contract execution.
      • Provides direction to local offices as well as the Marketing, Ticketing and Finance teams to ensure proper and accurate info.
      • Provides direction to Tour Reps.
      • Has weekly check-ins with Concerts Talent Buyer and LNW Program and Operations Director.

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • 4 year college or equivalent experience is a plus.
      • 3-5 years’ experience in touring and content management.
      • Superior verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting.
      • High level skills in related software, including ROME and social media management platforms.
      • Quick study with ability to learn aspects of business plans, deal structures, tour roll out, intercompany landscape and relationship building.
      • Ability to foster superior relationships with artists, band managers, agents, and partners.

      The expected compensation for this position in California is:

      $88,000.00 USD - $110,000.00 USD
