Job Summary and Scope of Responsibility: Prepare consumer/retail and business loan document packages.

Essential Functions: With or without reasonable accommodation must be able to perform all essential job functions as described below.

• Maintain documentation and boarding log.
• Transfer loan data from a Credit Authorization Memorandum (CAM) into text and enter loan data into LaserPro.
• Prepare consumer and small business loan document packages using computer-based software.
• Perform pre-documentation audit on loan packages received from loan originators.
• Audit basic loan documentation packages prepared by other team members.
• Prepare employee and director loan document packages.
• Prepare commercial and agri-business loan documentation packages.
• Audit or preview complex loan documentation packages, prepared by other team members, and Lawyer Pro changes.
• Serve as subject matter expert and provide assistance to less experienced loan documentation specialists.
• Cross train and perform, as scheduled, five additional key functions within the department.

Minimum Qualifications to Perform Essential Functions
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Aptitude for detail and organization.
• Effective math skills, including ratios, percentages, interest and amortization.
• Ability to independently identify, schedule, prioritize and monitor completion of critical tasks and deadlines.
• Professional and service-oriented demeanor and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently identify and adapt to changes in priorities.
• Good judgment, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform five additional key loan servicing functions.
• Ability to identify, evaluate and resolve documentation errors.
• Computer proficiency, including internet browsers and Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Proficiency at speaking, reading and writing English.
• Ability to perform essential job functions under minimal supervision.

Experience and/or Education:

• One year of experience generating consumer and/or small business loan packages.
• Two years of experience generating loan documents at a commercial bank, preferred.
