      Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :

      $52,879 - $71,543

      Work with a national team responsible for ensuring the efficient, consistent, and accurate delivery of loan maintenance and loan administration, enabling the delivery of optimized loan processing and FCC’s customer experience.

      What you’ll do:

      • Process a variety of loan administration activities to customer accounts
      • Ensure the integrity of loan information, compliance to policy and procedures and achievement of service and quality standards
      • Build relationships and provide support and direction to internal partners and external contacts

      What we’re looking for:

      • Organized and detailed multi-tasker with strong technical expertise, who can make decisions while respecting tight deadlines
      • Confident communicator comfortable dealing with internal and external partners, providing direction and feedback
      • Customer-focused approach with strong teamwork, partnership and people skills
      • Analytical thinker who is focused on finding solutions, and resolving issues
      • A keen eye for details and familiarity with procedure with a drive for quality, service and accuracy

      What you’ll need:

      • A diploma or certificate in business or commerce and at least two years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
      • Specialized knowledge of mortgages, lending processes, security, banking and loan products
      • A detailed-oriented approach to tasks
