- Req#: 920202
- Book consumer and commercial/SBA term loans to include setting up automatic payments.
- Create and monitor trailing document ticklers.
- Process third party vendor fee payments including GL posting. Ensure the timely clearing of new loan transactions in general ledger.
- Respond to customer service requests.
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- NOTE: The role is currently HYBRID or determined by management.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of six (6) months of clerical or data entry experience in an office setting required
- Ability to communicate effectively with all internal business partners and external customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to perform independently in setting objectives and determining how to proceed.
- Intermediate understanding of commercial and consumer loan structures.
- Ability to research moderately complex issues.
- Working knowledge of federal and state compliance laws and regulations including a proven ability to apply these requirements to business practices and systems.

The Loan Onboarding Specialist position is responsible for the accurate and timely booking of consumer and commercial/SBA term loans. This includes setting up automatic payments, processing third party vendor fee payments, creating and monitoring the receipt or recorded instruments. This position will interact with customers, branch staff, loan officers, underwriters, loan processors, and insurance companies on a regular basis.
