      Overview The Loan Origination System (LOS) Administrator I monitors and modifies the Loan Origination Systems. This position is involved in keeping the LOS working and making necessary changes to protect against system outages. This position is also responsible for making improvements and recommendations for projects and requests related to the LOS to ensure continued operation while improving user and system efficiencies. Day to day responsibilities will include: Creating and updating LOS settings and rules, writing .Net and JavaScript code, creating and updating system documentation, and ensuring that projects and requests remain in scope and on time. The LOS Administrator will also resolve mid to upper level LOS issues as requested. They will also work with other departments to create and validate new applications, functions, and create solutions for issues in services and software. Experience with writing and implementing .Net and JavaScript programs is highly desired. The salary range for this role is $60K-95K, however, Bayview considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, location and key skills. Responsibilities Provide 2nd and/or 3rd level support for the LOS. Create and enhance ongoing business operations, projects, system releases and compliance/regulatory changes for the LOS in all channels. Monitor the LOS for issues and problems and design solutions Create rules, processes, and programs to correct or update the LOS. Collaboratively identify and implement ways to improve system performance and user experience. Perform code review and system testing as requested. Release updates and corrections in accordance with posted release schedules. Ensure that all project documents are safely kept and accessible for future reference. Carry out routine testing of software patches. Monitor queue to ensure that all necessary orders are checked and released on time. Complete special tasks as assigned by manager as needed or required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Extensive problem solving capabilities. Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented. Work on projects that are of significant impact to the business. Demonstrate create, read, update, and understand LOS settings and rules. Proficiency with .Net programming. Demonstrate effective: Troubleshooting, analytical and critical thinking skills, advanced administrator level ability of Encompass or other Loan Origination Systems. Understanding of the mortgage lending industry including the life cycle of a loan, products, and policies. MS Office Suite 2013 and greater, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, Visio, and Financial Software Applications Knowledge including; Ellie Mae Products, Encompass 360,Velocify, Consumer Connect, Loan Officer Connect, TPO Connect, Webcenter, Mavent, Optimal Blue, and Additional Loan Origination Systems. Qualifications 2+ years of LOS support or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Will consider commensurate work experience in lieu of degree. 2-year mortgage lending experience preferred. Preferred knowledge of C# and Visual Basic coding experience. JavaScript coding experience, Ellie Mae Admin Certified, Elle Mae Developer Certified.
