      What is the opportunity?

      The prime objective of the position is to provide support to all participants in the day-to-day administration of an assigned group of Single Names and their related credit facilities, loan drawings and fee and interest schedules.

      To encompass all previous liability, facility, verification officer roles (verification to be handled by peer to peer verification as opposed to one up verification). The competence with which the incumbent’s duties are carried out has a major impact on the credibility of the department, both within and outside the Bank. The incumbent must display a clear understanding of the administrative aspects of each assigned deal in order to resolve the various requests for interpretation and action that arise daily.

      Provides analysis for implementation and improvement of processes, workflow, project management methods, computer systems and other tools to support insurance policy administration and customer service. Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.

      What will you do?

      • Set up facility, loan and fee records in Advanced Commercial Banking System (ACBS)
      • Process transactions in ACBS upon requests from Borrowers for advances, rollovers, conversions or repayments
      • Process interest and fee transactions in ACBS as required by the Credit Agreement
      • Act as verification officer for all ACBS two touch transactions
      • Input and verify information in payment systems (RFT/BESS) as required for payments which cannot be processed through ACBS
      • Clear payments on Internal/Chase accounts in a timely manner
      • Resolve outstanding issues independently with minimum referral and conduct investigations within agreed to timeframes and ensure proper escalation protocol is used
      • Act as a backup to other Administrators

      What do you need to succeed?

      Must-have

      • Undergraduate degree
      • Proficiency in Excel and Word
      • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
      • Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines
      • Strong organizational skills and Detail Oriented

      Nice-to-have

      • Knowledge of ACBS
      • Knowledge of lending products, rate setting and payment methods
